Evolve Realty was founded by Andrea and Kris Sales in 2014 in Airdrie, Alberta. After several years of real estate investing-buying, selling, renovating and renting property in the Calgary area, we felt there was a gap in the Realty market.  Home Sellers were hunting for a better option when it came to selling their home and wanted better value.  Evolve Realty was born!

A passion for real estate and the desire to meet the varying needs of consumers, at a fair price, was a driving factor in establishing Evolve Realty.  The flexibility of being independent is what enables us to provide outstanding rates and we are incredibly passionate about offering the best value service to our clients and giving you the best experience possible every time.

Andrea Sales
Broker/Co-owner

Andrea has been active in the Real Estate industry since 2009, became a licensed Real Estate Associate in 2011 and co-founded Evolve Realty as the licensed Broker in 2014.  Her strong commitment to integrity, attention to detail, and continuous improvement both personally and professionally, has greatly assisted her clients in finding their perfect home solution.

Kris Sales
Associate/Co-owner

Kris started his career in Real Estate flipping, renovating and managing rental properties.  His love of Real Estate has lead him to co-found Evolve Realty, and become a licensed Real Estate Associate in 2014.  With a strong commitment to excellence, value, and creative solutions, Kris creates the best experience possible for his clients.  In 2021 Kris & Andrea purchased a farm in Central Alberta and now, in addition to real estate also raise grass fed beef part time.  Both are very familiar with the bare land, agriculture and acreage purchasing and selling.
